Property Management

We are experienced in maintaining vacant corporate-owned properties, and draw from a list of dependable licensed vendors who perform cleaning, repairs, landscaping, trash-outs, re-keying, and more.  Having the financial resources to service an unlimited number of properties, billing will be performed to your specifications.  All properties are immediately secured and personally visited within 24 hours to determine occupancy.  Locks are re-keyed upon vacancy, and evictions and cash for keys are performed as needed.  Combination lockboxes are provided for contractors and your representitives, while electronic Supra lockboxes provide secure tracking of agent showings and prevent unauthorized access.

Christopher Paul

Lead Agent:  Christopher Paul specializes in the listing, marketing, negotiation, and sales of REO properties.  He is a Certified REO Specialist, and has received numerous awards for his sales and listing volume.  In addition to holding California and Nevada Salesperson's Licenses, Christopher is currently completing his California Broker's License.  He earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Biola University.

Carleen Paul

Office Manager:  Assists with all administrative duties during the listing and marketing period.  Fields inquiries from cooperating agents and processes all offers.  Maintains all accounts billable and receivable.  Carleen holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees from California State University, Fullerton.

Sonia Velez

Buyer's Agent:  Follows up with all buyer inquiries, facilitates financial pre-qualification, assists in marketing of properties through open houses and broker caravans.  Also fluent in Spanish.

Efren Puente

Field representative:  Assists with weekly property inspections, service, repairs, and the installation of signage.  Being bilingual in Spanish and English, and having a background in law enforcement, Efren often assists with evictions and cash for keys.

Fay Dillon

Transaction coordinator.  Once we have an accepted offer, Fay facilitates a smooth transaction from start to finish.  She handles details such as communication with escrow, ordering the preliminary title report, an ongoing qualification of the buyer, ordering any additional reports such as termite and natural hazard, and ordering home warranties.  Fay provides a very diligent set of eyes ensuring that all steps of the transaction are in compliance with state and local regulations.
